COMPETENCY
I grew up in the West Michigan area and graduated Cum Laude from Hillsdale College with a degree in Financial Management
I began my construction career in the field, working on both commercial and residential projects in West and Northern Michigan.
A bit of a jack of all trades for CopperRock, I can facilitate all aspects of construction or real estate development jobs including developing proformas, facilitating design and approvals, construction estimating, running jobs as a Project Manager, and selling/leasing real estate.
FUN FACTS
After initially being a walk-on, I earned a scholarship and years later became a captain of the Hillsdale College football team where I played linebacker and defensive line
During college, I was drawn toward the construction industry because of the physical nature of the work. I enjoy seeing the process of a new business or home being built to completion and thrive on the teamwork necessary to attack and accomplish the goals set for us
I framed and did all the carpentry work on my own home.
My hobbies include training, shooting, and spending time outside with my wife and daughter.
