DESCRIPTION: Existing home was taken down to the foundations and rebuilt within the original footprint, featuring natural exterior siding with a cutting-edge finish and extensive quartersawn white oak paneling and custom cabinetry throughout. The project included geothermal heating and cooling, intuitive lighting and shade controls, specialized art lighting, and was carefully coordinated with egle due to its location within a critical dune and high-risk erosion zone.
